Account Management

The Account Management section in the NetSpring app is where users can see their account-related details. This section is only accessible to users with Org Admin privileges. To access the Account Management section, navigate to Settings on the left panel and click Account Management under Organization.

The Account Management section is read-only.

Following are the details that will be visible in this section:

There are 2 tabs in this section - Users and Plan. In the Users tab, you can see:

1. Seat Usage - Total number of seats purchased and the number of seats available.
2. Applications - Total number of applications created in the organization.
3. Explorations - Total number of explorations created in the application.
4. Dashboards - Total number of dashboards created in the application.

In the Plan tab, you can see:

1. Plan - The plan purhcased - Free, Team, Growth, or Enterprise.
2. Subscription Start Date - The date on which the plan was purchased.
3. Seat Usage - Total number of seats purchased and the number of seats available.
4. Entitlements - Features that are available for the chosen subscription type.
